It is so hard to find a company and people that you can truly trust these days, and my experience with Lee Roofing and their staff has been just that. I recently had Colton Goins knock on my door to see if he could assess some damages, and what he found could have very well saved my family's lives, and I am forever grateful. He found an abnormally large hole (along with several smaller leaks) directly over a lot of electrical equipment (attic switches, attic heating and A/C units, lighting, etc.). Not only was fire a risk, but mold as well. Colton went above and beyond every step of the way, was there when he said he was going to be there, sent every report and document requested, and was extremely communicative. The other staff with Lee moved fast, worked hard, and were very clean and organized. I highly recommend Lee Roofing (ask for Colton).

I Have Been Very Happy With the Way This Was Handled Oct 16, 2025

I originally posted I was unhappy with this company a year and half after my roof was put on. I called the company at the end of August to come look at a problem I was having with one gutter overflowing when we have heavy rains, and the water had gotten inside and done some damage to a small area of wood flooring. A representative came, took pictures of the area. He said the roof had no problem and left. During the investigation my husband saw where a subroofing board was damaged in the attic by their workers when installing the roof, but there was no water leak in the attic. While trying to communicate with this representative I could never get any answers. All I knew was I had a gutter problem that I had not had in the eighteen years I had lived here, I wanted help fixing it, because something had changed. This is when I wrote the original review. I am happy to report that the owner upon reading this review has contacted me and we have worked out a plan to fix all the problems so there will be no more gutter/water issues. They will regrout around the affected windows, place a diffuser on the gutter, and fix the subroofing board. I have been very happy with the way this was handled and realize there was a communication problem at the beginning. When the roof was initially installed it was completed in one day, and I do believe they did a good job. I would also like to add that the person who came to provide the estimate last year was great to work with. He arranged to meet the roof inspector from the insurance company to go on the roof, and I feel he, Brandon Tanos, was a big reason our insurance claim was approved. Since the owner has gone to these lengths to fix our issue I have hired his company for more work.

Lee Roofing did a beautiful job replacing my roof. Blaze took pictures of everything, including a structural problem that had happened in the past and was missed by the State Farm adjuster, who said it wasn’t covered. Blaze said when he stood on the section it didn’t feel right, and when the old roof came off we discovered why. The fix was not overly costly, mostly just the cost of the extra wood and bracing. My roof is beautiful and was done in a day. They covered plants and were careful. All workers were very polite. When they were finished, they did a sweep with a long magnet for any nails and then broom-swept the drive and walkway. I highly recommend them.
